We’re excited to work with Jasper County Fairgrounds and the Whippoorwill Rodeo! This will be a unique show to the Johnny & June’s brand as well as the Jasper County Fair! We had thought long and hard about what kind of concert to throw at the fair this year. With the rodeo having a great turnout, we thought what better way to blend rodeo fans with a name like LeDoux! We are offering tickets for the concert only, as well as a combo ticket to enjoy the Whippoorwill Rodeo and the Ned LeDoux concert that evening. Rodeo starts at approx. 6 p.m. with concert to follow. Gates for the concert opening at 7:00 p.m.

The name LeDoux casts a big, storied and bittersweet shadow, but it’s one the Ned LeDoux doesn’t mind standing in. Son of the legendary Chris LeDoux, Ned started out as a drummer in his dad’s band Western Underground. After the passing of his father, Ned picked up the guitar and found himself front and center singing and touring with his dad’s band. On tour, you’re guaranteed to hear “This Cowboy’s Hat”–the song most requested by his fans and a request Ned is honored to oblige. His personal favorite song to sing though is one called “You Can’t Tell Me We Ain’t Got It All.” It’s the first original song Ned co-wrote with his dad and seems to pick up right where Chris left off. And thankfully there is more to come as there is a new voice to carry on the LeDoux sound.
